OpenTig uses the trash package to move files and folders to system Trash on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Pinned to 9.0.0 because 10.x pulls in braces affected by GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm, which has no patched release. OpenTig disables glob expansion and tests literal file and directory paths against the native Trash. Revisit this pin when the upstream dependency chain is fixed.
Under WSL, this version uses Linux Trash rather than the Windows Recycle Bin integration introduced in 10.x.
Linux support follows the XDG Trash specification; upstream documents it as weakly maintained, so OpenTig runs an Ubuntu Trash smoke test as a release gate.

OpenTig uses ws for its authenticated server WebSocket transport.

The Astro landing page in website/ includes MIT-licensed landing-page code, copyright (c) 2026 Jorge Florentino Serra, including its layout, logo carousel, and OGL terminal background. The original copyright and permission notice is preserved in website/LICENSE.txt.

The website bundles Geist, Inconsolata, and Geist Pixel Triangle under SIL Open Font License 1.1. The font copyright and license texts are included in website/public/fonts/*-OFL.txt. The website's Inconsolata WOFF2 fixes the width axis at its normal value (100), retaining the full character set and variable weights. Asset regeneration is documented in the website guide.

Tabler SVG icons are provided by @tabler/icons under MIT. OGL is MIT-licensed. The copied Claude Code, Codex, and Windows marks identify tools or platforms; their respective owners retain trademark rights, and their display does not imply endorsement.
